Since on Deathwish they will be titan camera's, just do your best to stay out of their sight. When safe, move in and watch for cameras. They can appear in any other doorway though, so one could even be in the entrance from Hall A to B, which does make things harder if doing this solo. They will not appear at Hall E or A entrances (which are connected to the Lobby). Now before we go further into the gallery, I will mention that there are 4 possible locations for the laser grid to appear. Take him out, answer the pager, then bag the body and put it in a cubicle. This will cause it to go off, bringing him into the toilets. Usually, one guard will patrol right past the toilet on occasion, when he's near, walk close to the hand dryer. First of all, this is a good place to hide bodies, there are, however, too many guards on the map to take them all out safely.
By the stairs to the roof is a door which leads to the toilets. Start off by going to the right of the building.
